tomorrow is finally our trip to Japan, but then i heard a storm will be coming to the Philippines tomorrow too.

I am quite worried our trip may be cancelled, that would definitely be disastrous. We have spent a lot already

All we can do now is pray that the storm will weaken or at least not arrive yet when we board the plane

It rained a bit before the flight. But it was sunny when we came to the airport so yay

The storm will be about the center of the Visayas by tomorrow evening yet. I noticed this morning, however,and based on the Pag-asa DOST map, it has moved its course a little bit higher. What time is your flight? Flying off from Mactan? Safe travels and enjoy your trip.

because it's going to affect visayas and mindanao and you're in cebu, if i remember correctly. so, where in japan are you going to?

Clear skies here in my area. Hopefully, it just goes the other way or only affects people in a very limited way. Typhoons are not a good thing but we're strategically placed where storms go so we can just adjust and prepare for what is coming.

It was a bit cloudy and had a bit of turbulence during the flight- but that was it

I know how you feel. I am hoping that storm goes away or weakens before it hits Japan where you are at. The only coverage of the weather in America is the fires in California and the possible storm coming this weekend which could cause mudslides.
