Hi guys, How are you? It's 10:13pm in my location. what time is it there? I have been questioning myself lately about what to drink either Coffee or Tea. Can you tell me which one would you rather and why? I am a coffee lover, and barely tried Tea once, and as I remember it didn't taste like coffee, however I don't know which one is healthier, any suggestion? God bless!

I think tea it's healthier. I drink coffee more than tea. I drink mint tea or a mixture of mint and a few plants. I dont add sugar in tea.

Milica Most people here are telling the same, which makes me doubt either I keep drinking coffee or just stopping. Let's see what happens, however I do not know if i am ready to stop drinking coffee cause it has become a daily necessity! Your comment about not adding sugar to tea reminds me that I have to reduce sugar comsuption as well, lol.

Hi Christina, I am so sorry for replying this late. There are so many notifications. I totally understand you, I choose coffee over tea too, however I don't dismiss trying it out in the future to experience how it tastes. When you feel sick I recommend hot lemonade, no sugar, and you will be fine whithin 24 hours.

@jvicentevalera When I was a kid in Italy, we only drank water most of the time. When we came to Canada we got used to soft drinks and fior the longest time I never drank water.

4pm here on Wednesday. I love coffee but hot tea is good too with honey and a little milk or cream. I have read that coffee is healthy in moderation. I only drink one cup per day. They both have caffeine.

Dianne I am so buying your idea. I mean that's how I would drink both of them, first coffee in the morning to get me through the toughest hours of the day, and then in the afternoon some tea to slow down a bit and get ready to head back home from work. You always have a wise comment to leave, thank you so much!

I like tea, and herbal infusions, and I also like coffee. Coffee is said to be harmful, but look at this I read recently:
Médicos y científicos han descubierto una serie de beneficios muy positivos para nuestro cuerpo que provienen del consumo del café.
