I go berserk when nature behaves like this

This plant (Tulsi) has cracked open the concrete and has emerged. It is a plant that the Hindus worship and our workers are Hindu. It is right in the middle of the path that we walk on and we have to be careful not to trample on it.
Someone stamped over it the other and he spent some time saying sorry to the plant.(lol)
Nature behaves odd sometimes and this is one such time as you can see.

@allknowing I guess you need to put something like small fences around it. Is that possible?

I have such issues elsewhere but this one I can afford not to disturb The sentiments are more important to me.

@allknowing I understand that this plant has a meaning, we have no plants that we cannot chop off if they are in the middle of the path.

You are a respectful person and because of that others will respect you more.

Try to pluck it out, if the roots are there then it can regrow in some other place with proper care. You have to be careful on plucking.
In our office lawn, in between concrete plants are growing. When I noticed a small thulsi I plucked it and planted in a safe place now it is growing there.

If that was possible I would have done it. Actually we have countless tulsi plants growing but in the right place.

I get elder tree shouts coming through the stone floor of my garden. No matter how strong we think man made substances are and how much we think we can change the world, the power of nature will always surprise you.

That goes for unwanted trees and weeds. No matter how hard I try to restrict them they will appear. I have now given them full freedom (lol)

Could you maybe trans plant it somewhere else. That would let you walk without worry and still respect the plant.

Weeds (or even holy plants) can be very strong and determined in forcing their way up through concrete. Vince says sorry to ants now when he treads on them. He learnt they try to help each other if one is hurt or injured so he has more respect for them now.
