Did you cook the rice and out some meat on it? Or were they separately cooked.?

Separately, I boiled the meat, then I put it in a fry pan for a few minutes and then I added it to the rice

Looks well organized. I love to cook but not just for myself. Since I am alone I have discovered that rice can be cooked along with different meats as long as enough water is added.

Some were from my parents, all eco, some from a grocery store. The final "mix" was indeed good, I'm happy people liked it, it was gone very fast

@Kasjnak I am glad I do not have to please someone else with my cooking and if does not turn out good ok then. Practice does help though. I made meatloaf for the first time in my crock pot and it turned out good.
