I realize that in order to have peace and understanding all around, I must start with myself.
I must be contented with what I have and be grateful with every blessing or grace I receive.
Before I look at the triumphs and failures of others, I must learn from my own accomplishments and mistakes. My victories, I should see as an opportunity to share; my failures, a chance to improve and be better.
May it change me for the better and make me an example and instrument of peace.
Do you think it will make a difference?

i definitely agree with you. for me, i am at peace with myself so i am not stressful or anxious.
i believe my sister does not have that.
