Do you like chicken sandwiches?
I have a very good close friend forever who likes to buy rotisserie chicken and take it home and tear it apart and use the meat for making sandwiches for work.
I like the price of those chickens. They sell them for little around 6 dollars, sold hot, right out of the oven.
The meat just falls off of the bones.
It is seasoned well and tender meat that makes the perfect chicken sandwich or chicken salad or chicken salad sandwich.
I would like to share this article that I know will make you want to go out and buy a cooked rotisserie chicken and make yourself several good tasting and nutritious sandwiches for your kids to take to school for their lunch or for yourself to do the same at your work. Enjoy the article, below, from genius kitchen.
This sandwich is great for that leftover rotisserie chicken that usually spoils in the fridge. It is quick, easy and will give your taste buds a big change from the bland every day sandwich.

The most important thing to remember is to make it good enough to enjoy. Nobody likes a bad sandwich that is too dry or for that matter just bread and meat. But yet, I have made a roast beef sandwich with leftover roast beef on bread with nothing else but salt and pepper and I liked it a lot.

That pic is just a title picture. I have bought rotisserie chickens before and have sometimes made sandwiches with the meat of one. There are many kinds of recipes to make chicken salad or chicken salad sandwiches and they are many ways to do this. Here is a recipe you may want to look at.

Thank you for sharing. Now how did you know I had a rotisserie chicken in the kitchen. I just ordered groceries today including the chicken. I did it to treat my cat for New Year's. He is very fond of chicken. Now I will use some of it for sandwiches.
