What kind of seasoning do you love?

Oh, my God... How I love them (and I'm not even a cook, haha)!
Well... While I was arguing with some friends about the best way to season BBQ meats (among other types of food), the dilemma of what would be the best seasoning.
So, the answers were the most diverse, but I don't give (not at all!) up using pepper and oregano (they are my super favorites... but there are many other types of seasonings that I like).
How 'bout you, folks? Anything special for this?

Garlic... Lots of it. In my opinion there is no such thing. I use it on pretty much everything thing. My go to seasoning when I am just cooking and not trying anything new is garlic, fresh ground black pepper corn, red pepper flakes, basil, onion powder but only if I don't have an onion to chop and Cajun seasoning. I like to experiment a lot though. You don't know what goes good together if you don't.

@WiseGhots I love the taste and the smell of it. I eat enough of it to ward off any vampires that might be near. Haha. It just goes great with everything and pairs with other stuff real nicely as well.

No BBQ here but with other food we have different types of seasonings. I like the onions fried in oil.
