Good morning! I’m waiting for my husband to get ready to go to the gym. If we had a dog, we’d have to take it for a walk first.
And speaking of walks, I saw my first pet pig out for a stroll last week. It’s owner let me pet her. Her hair felt stiff and oily. Ick.
Off to the gym now. I hope you get your walk or exercise in today, too. See ya later!

I use to have a pig for a pet when I was a kid. Enjoy your workout at the gym and have a nice day.

@1hopefulman I'm really glad. Is it a gym with a pool and sauna?

@DianneN I do not recommend anyone to adopt a pig as what will happen to it in their old age? Just as I have decided not to have chickens as pets Our rooster had arthritis in his old age and could not walk He lived for 12 years

@allknowing As with any pet, one must be committed to taking good care of them throughout their life.

How interesting to have a pet pig. This year is the year of the Boar in the Asian zodiac calendar.
I read that Feb. 5, 2019 is Chinese New Years.

Do you eat gau, the traditional rice cake for celebrating Chinese New Year? I ate gau, a sticky rice cake with my Mom when she was alive. Even the smallest one on sale is too big for me, so I don't know what I'll do. Maybe I'll go to Chinatown and see if they have a smaller version of gau to eat for good luck and strength, I believe for 2019.

I would never have a pig as a pet, that is a NO! lol. However I respect the ones whose pet is a pig, no judgements! On the other hand I did not work out today Dianne, it was chilly outside, ugh and once I found that out, I went straight to bed again. How lazy i am. :) I am glad you had a good day!

@jvicentevalera . That pig didn't even recognize its own name! Doodles does enjoy being the one and only and is not camera shy.

@DianneN Lol yeah, I see that i mean the pig neither struck a pose nor looked at the camera. How mean. Nothing like Doodles he does know how to model! :D
