Suggestions to cure Insomia, anyone?

I've read a survey, that people with less than 5 hours of sleep will die early. So that means I will die young? Geez. Trust me I have tried the following: * Essential Oils * Diffusers * Sleeping pills * Tea * Wine * Totally dark room * Milk * Relaxing songs * Read books It is just hard. :( I work on a graveyard shift. Sometimes you can feel that your eyes wants to sleep but your mind is still running and would want to do something else.

Get indulged in an activity which will make you feel like going through boredom. Such activities must be performed at night hours. They make feel sleepy

HI @Swayamsiddha another issue here is that I live in the Philippines and my client is from U.S. so I work at night, my local time until 8:30am the next day. So people here are awake, where you hear activities outside your room. It is really a struggle for me.

I bought a tripod for my phone for it is much easier and space saving unlike watching using a laptop while watching a video. I wish I can watch a boring film and fall asleep. lol.

@jlopezondok I usually think blank before going to sleep. It is like having a meditation and thinking that the whole body is pure white. I am not sure if it will work for you.

I struggle with that too. I am trying Melatonin now. I am going to try turning off my devices a couple of hours before bed too.

Sorry but you need to change your work for you to have a normal sleeping pattern. I had been there,

I wish I can do that. But this work gives me more salary than working at a regular office job.
