So here i go again spotting for gold in my farm. Anyway it is not the literal gold that you may thinking it has a different characteristics than gold. It has an aroma of the wild and the taste that hard to tell, actually this maybe sound cocky to some but this is true to mushroom lover. Mushroom can bring foodgasm in every bite you make. Moving on with my hunt i went searching for some clue where could the mushroom go? have it been eaten by snail? Yes to some that doesn't know snail ( japanese snail) love mushrooms too i see it with my own eyes they enjoy every bite that they make in mushroom. Well it is funny but true they know how to choose the edibles one too. A minute had past and here's what i found, a beautiful Wood Ear mushroom lying around in a dead branch, alas! it's soft. And among all the wood ear that i found this is the most beautiful one. Indeed it is a treasure that i found. A good ingredients that's get along very well with "pansit bato" this is a famous dish in my province anyway. To some that is wondering why it is called wood ear mushroom, see for your self in the photo., it does look like an ear to me. I dont know to some of you? Wood ear mushroom is also good for any kind of noodles like ramen, pansit bihon anything with noodles on it. Has anyone tried Ramen soup with this kind of mushroom?

Before, I used to think that mushrooms (the one we are eating), were actually out of monkey ears. haha! Mushrooms are tasty, however, we just have to be careful as there are other types of mushrooms that are inedible.

If I agree, they seem like the ears of mixed martial arts practitioners. I have not eaten such soup. If I have eaten a type of mushrooms.
