The Danger of Noodles.

I heard that eating noodles causes cancer and some other deadly sicknesses.
Here in Nigeria, noodles is one of then cheapest and easiest food to cook. Due to the rate of poverty in the country, noodles have become a safe heaven for people. When I was a student in the university, I remember eating noodles for a week; I didn't eat any other meal other than noodles both for breakfast and dinner.
Whenever I hear that eating noodles too much causes cancer I become scared. I even ate it today as breakfast; because there was no cheaper meal I could think of.
Do you really think eating noodles truly causes cancer?? I want to hear your opinions so that I will know what to do please.

I don't eat noodles much really.But it taste good especially with vegetables.

@Kennethchinemerem yes. The regular we cook it mix with natural flavors, but the instant one which can be cooked easily has a lot of MSG and preservatives which makes it cancerous.

I hope not. Noodles are my favourite food! I have not heard anything about them causing cancer. Then again, it seems almost all foods are, at some point, accused of being carcinogenic. If we were to believe it every time, we'd all have to live on ice-cream and cucumber because they're about the only things that have never been accused of causing cancer!

if you're talking about ramen noodles,the worst part is really that packet.
if you put another broth or sauce on it,it's not as bad for you.i always throw it out,it's so full of salt.

I have heard in some cases yes. It truly causes cancer.
