Have you ever overboiled and burnt milk?

This is a picture from a few months ago when I was boiling milk and forgot about it. I ended up burning and overboiling the milk and thankfully didn't set off a fire!! Have you ever done something like this?

I dont boil my milk. By the way, is it your way of pasturizing it?

This is fresh milk and needs to be boiled before usage.

@pitstop you mean direct from the animal? We just buy fresh milk from the supermarket and it's ready to drink.

Not sure I have ever burnt milk like this, but I have burnt waters and soups a couple of times because getting too busy and forgetting about them.

It doesn't happen so often with me. But once in a hurry I left milk on sim flame and went to my neighbor house. Luckily I came back in some time. But it was burnt. It took me few days to clean that vessel. After that I am very alert.
