Early start of the day...

I planned to start my day early today and I am glad I did it. I woke up at 5:45 and did some yoga and walk. I am glad to be back to my exercise regime which was not regular in last month due to travel and vacation.
I cooked breakfast. Did some dusting and finished two loads of laundry. I am sitting with my morning tea now. I will take shower in some time and have my breakfast.
I am going for grocery shopping after breakfast.
I am happy to feel energetic today and having an hour of active exercise makes me feel good.
Hope the day stays active and productive and I am able to do most of the things on my to do list.
I will be here in afternoon for some time and catch up with the notifications.

Waking up early is good. I like it. I am more productive in morning time and I feel that the day is long enough to finish a lot.

@arunima25 about the same as usual. I had food poisoning a few days ago and my stomach is still queasy.

Yes exercise is always a good way to start a day. I was energetic through out the day and could do a lot. How are things at your end?

That would be ideal thing to do! But I can enjoy that luxury only on few days. I prefer to start with some exercise.

@arunima25 you have a good regimen. i used to do asanas after i went through physical rehab and it really helped a lot. i hope to go back to yoga eventually when i have more time in the day. for now i do dance workouts similar to light aerobics and do a lot of walking.

I do pranayam for 20 minutes daily and then go for some exercising. I do yoga thrice a day and it includes few asanas and stretching exercise ending with few minutes of meditation.

@almostoveryou Even that is a good exercise form. Any exercise is good if you enjoy it and it makes you rekaxed, energetic and makes you feel good. I keep a variety to not get bored.

It is good to do some form of exercise especially in our age.
I did everything on list. I have another one for today and I hope today also goes well. So far I am on track.

Today I have to wash bed linens and towels. I changed the bedsheets the day I came but they are still waiting to be cleaned. So I have still more laundry to do. That's what happens when the house is unattended for a month.

Yes. I feel more energetic through out the day if I get some good exercise in the morning. What did you write today? I think morning is the best time for writing.

Luckily I am back to Bangalore. It is pleasant here with some showers coming daily. North India has got too hot in last one week. I am glad that I am back in time.

Waking up early gives you a long day and be on time. This is my usual time to wake up. I am a morning bird and morning is the most productive time for me.

For me too, whenever I wake up early, the day goes great. Firstly, because I have a lot of time to do whatever pending work I have to. Secondly, studying in the morning is great because the focus is optimum in the morning. But I am not regular with this, I want to make it regular soon so that I can start my exercise routine too.

I find morning time the best productive time. I always studied in early morning when I was a student and even now I love to do that. But my brother was more efficient in late night studies. So it does differ for everyone.

@arunima25 yes it does differ. But let me tell you, earlier I too was a night owl. But one day when I studied early in the morning, I found out my efficiency was almost double.
