Banana peel as it may seem odd is not only the cover for tasty fruit. It is in fact much more than that. Banana peel has a rich amount of essential minerals like potassium, magnesium which are equally beneficial for skin and teeth.
I eat bananas every day and how do i use their peels?
Very simple. I rub my teeth with inner side of peel for 1-2 mins and then brush as usual. Teeth becomes more bright and clean.
I grate some white staff from the peel and use that for nourishing face mask or hair. Skin becomes soft like silk, and hair becomes shiny and well-conditioned.
Simple, easy and doesn`t cost anything! Have you tried banana peels like that? Will you try that?

@crazyhorseladycx yeah I just take that inner soft white part from banana peels, then mash it and put simply on face area, keep it for few mins till it gets dry and wash face with water. As for hair sometimes I mix that thing with my favourite oil and put on scalp and hair and sometimes just simply massage my wet hair with the peel substance, keep it for half an hour and then shampoo my hair as usual. Banana peels has very nice conditioning effect, that's why hair becomes smooth and shiny.

It won't make them white as bleached professionally, but with regular use of peels they turn cleaner, brighter and lighter in shade. From one or two times you won't see the difference, but after 5procedures you will notice a bit change

Oh, this a great tip. My teeth get tinted from drinking turmeric tea. I'll try to rub banana peel before brushing later.
