Summer Breeze Makes Me Feel Fine

We finally have comfortable weather today with a slight summer breeze. When I walked outside this morning, I immediately remembered the Seals & Croft song, Summer Breeze. Funny how music is like that, a song you have not heard in many years suddenly comes to mind. This song came out in 1972 but I remember it from the 1980s, and it is still a classic to hear. Others covered the song as well, like the Isley Brothers. But I prefer the Seals & Croft version. Does this happen to you with music? You suddenly remember a song you have not heard in years?

I love Seals & Crofts. I have a CD of their greatest hits. I have music running through my head all day long. California Dreamin' just popped into my head by the Mamas and the Papas.

@caroldm One of my favourites, and it conjures up summer for me. Right now I'm having summer breezes cooling my garden - not too much jasmine in my mind though.

This happens to me too. Only I tend to sing a phrase of the song out loud. Lol. I like the original version too.
