Good Morning & Health Report - Day 111

If you saw my report yesterday, you know it would be a high sodium day with drinking a full half-gallon of Cashew Milk. What amazed me about that was I was really craving it so it wasn't a hardship to drink the whole thing in one day. I could have probably drunk two of them but I'm glad it was only one for all the sodium it contained.
Because I drank so much cashew milk, water, and tea yesterday, I also didn't eat much. However, my supper was only potatoes because I didn't want to add any more sodium to my diet and potatoes don't have any.
On a good note, I got my bananas. I went out and when I got to the store I met a friend I haven't seen in a very long time. We used to live next door to one another. Her little girl and my granddaughter grew up together for quite a few years. It was wonderful seeing her before I bought only bananas and walked out of the store.
My cold is also on the way out. I will be in the pool again tomorrow. So, this exercise drought is almost over.
So, here are the numbers for yesterday.
Calories: 910
Sugar: 29
Carbs: 127
Protein: 32.2
Sodium: 1491 - 1280 is from the Cashew Milk
Fat: 27.5
There you have it. And to top off the night, The Pack beat the Lions 23-22. They played a very good game and I didn't think we would win.
How did you do yesterday with food and exercise? Thanks for reading. Image the muffins I made this morning. @crazyhorseladycx I made them and they're delicious!

They are. I had to change up the recipe because they are peanut butter chocolate chip muffins. These have almond butter and cacao nibs. They're awesome!
I'm glad you got walking and stretching exercise in. Thank you. I'm glad to be going back to the pool tomorrow.

I did ok. I was in and out which mean going up and down a short staircase and even played with Ally for a little while, she lost interest really fast though. I had avocados for breakfast and flan for dinner. Today I've had a veggie soup with 3 eggs and tonight I'll have more soup.

@just4him yes ma'am. lots 'f recipes 'nline fer such. take raw nuts, soak'n water o'ernight to soften 'em, drain. add howe'er much water ya wish (i use ice cubes, too) 'n pour 'nto yer blender. add yer nuts 'n flip the switch. get'cha some cheese cloth fer the wee pieces 'n drain. easy peasy, though a bit 'f prep required.

I don't know what they put in it either that it's so high in sodium. Probably used in preservation.
It's the same recipe with two changes - almond butter and cacao nibs for the peanut butter and chocolate chips. You know it's going to be healthy even with 3 tablespoons of raw organic honey.

Monday I fully cleaned out the litter boxes and did a 10 min Tae Bo workout. Yesterday I wheeled out the trash to the dumpster. It was heavy with litter. Today it rained all morning so no exercise . Lily has been driving me crazy.

Your calories are down, good numbers. Jay watched that game and he was sure the Lions were gonna win! Nope

I didn't know cashew milk had that much sodium! But the numbers don't look too bad for the day besides that! The muffins in the photo do look good

@MommyOfEli2013 If I remember correctly, wait, I have the fact sheet on them, 10 carbs, 1 fiber for a net of 9 carbs.

@just4him Glad to hear they are good....and they sound like they have good numbers - at least calorie wise.
You learn new things every day, or so they say!

Here we have apple bananas (that taste like strawberries) and ice cream bananas which taste a bit like vanilla ice cream. Won't be the same when we move back to California. Glad you are doing well on your diet.
