It Looks Gross!

But you won't believe how delicious and tender this is. It has been sitting in fh fridge with marinade for days. My hubby had asked me to fry them before he left to buy some stuff for my daughter. I accidentally pour too much sauce into it I tried fixing it by adding some water but it turned even darker. My hubby just laughed his head off, and he continued to cook the rest of the meat. He usually cooks it. The sauce is actually his concoction.

Looks like some teriyaki sauce. How does it taste? Honestly it looks yummy. I would consume a lot of rice if i had that .

It tastes sweet and the meat is tender. I am not sure if my hubby used honey or brown sugar.

I don't mind any gross cooking my wife did. I know she's doing it well but some instances of misdoing it couldn't be avoided.

To be honest, I didn't find that picture gross though. You already mentioned about the good taste but the look either is not that gross to me at least.
