I wear masks and gloves when I go shopping. I buy more orange juice to keep my immune system strong aside of supplements. I pray too. I spray too. I shower early.

Always observe proper sanitation and hygiene. And when going out of the house always wear face masks.
Take vitamins everyday and as much as possible drink a lot of water (preferably warm water) and STAY at Home.
And Pray.

Stay indoors, wash my hands, basically doing whatever everyone else is doing and trying to get things shipped online so we don’t need to leave the house. We did do a pick up at Walmart last week though. Also trying not to get injured,bI say that because I slammed my hand on a wall today and pretty much couldn’t moved for about 10 minutes. There wouldn’t have been anything I could have done about it anyway as it isn’t a serious injury.

Oooh I'm so sorry about your hand. Hope it's feeling better. You mentioned that you pick up things at Walmart rather than do inside shopping. Aren't you concerned about the people that handle your packages and foodstuffs? What is Walmarts protocol when their workers are up picking items for you and then bringing them to your vehicle? Do they have on clean gloves, face masks, etc?
Is there a guarantee that your fruits and veggies, can goods and paper items as well as cleaning items haven't been touched by others who may be asymptomatic or have not been touched by people carrying the Covid-19 virus?
Sorry for all the questions.
