Today Lunch

According to my Indian Time already we finished our breakfast now it's time to lunch preparations.
So I prepare my lunch with crazy combination very low people liking ingredient using Bitter Gourd.
One of my not liking vegetable is Bitter gourd but yesterday my hubby bought some so I must prepare lunch using this.
So there is no other way to escape from it hardly I prepare dish using Bitter Gourd for him. My kids don't eat so I prepare ladies finger poriyal for them.
Can I know what is your non interested vegetable??

Oh, Why you don't like cauliflower. If I prepare Gobi 65 then all my family members ate with in 5 Minutes.

@Shavkat exactly we need disk those up to 30 minutes in salt. Then after drain them using our hands remove excess water from it. Due to this hear is possible to remove 30% bitter ness from it. Preparing any dish using this bitter gourd we must use tamarind, Sugar, Peanuts powder it's helps lot to avoid bitter ness and give special taste to our dish.

I love eating that. We call it in our dialect amargoso or ampalaya. We half cook it with eggs and sliced tomatoes. It's delicious.

I always play hide and seek with bitter gourd. But it tastes delicious when made with tamarind.

For making any fish using Bitter Gourd we must add tamarind and sugar it give special taste to your dish.. I always use those for preparing dish with bitter gourd.

I love bitter gourd and make many different dishes with it... Variations. My children don't like it much but it's an absolute favorite of me and my husband. There is no vegetable that I don't like.
