Our condo is cleaned. The car is loaded up. And the shutters are closed. We are ready to leave Florida and all the covidiots here.
We only have a few last minute things to do in the morning including closing the one last shutter on our glass doors.
I will try to myLot from the road if I’m not sleeping or driving. Our car has two built-in charging ports which I keep forgetting to use. Hopefully, it will get a good workout on our journey home to Connecticut.
I’m a bit sad to leave, and very excited to return home. I feel schizophrenic.

I hope you have a safe, fun, and uneventful drive back to Connecticut. Make sure to let us know when you arrived home safely! And thank you again for visiting Florida, despite all the covidiots you had to see down your way.

@DianneN You didn't make it the full six months this time, so for this year that makes you a tourist! hahahaha

I can't believe this is it. It's nice that your condo has shutters. Have a safe trip home. Don't overdo the driving! Hugs.

@LindaOHio No, they came with the unit. The previous owners put them on.
I’m just thankful we have them for now.
I heard the hurricane windows will be a fortune and we have some pretty big windows to replace.
Never a dull moment with being an owner of anything, as you well know.

@DianneN You had to put on the shutters? That must have been expensive.

Have a good trip, stay safe. Are there going to be any repercussions for leaving Fla early? I guess no one will know.

Good that you can still travel to your home. In here travelling can be quite hard nowadays that all public transports are all suspended so traveling from one province to another may be like travelling abroad since every border Will have checkpoints and if you are caught to be traveling for leisure it would take you time before you can proceed to your destination. You may even be required to have a 14 day quarantine when you arrive there.
