At last, I am done in the kitchen. Now is my time for Mylotting.
I wanted to bake a cake but we are only 2 at home. My son is not fond of eating cake and we will not be having a visitor tomorrow. So, I thought about what to have for my husband's birthday tomorrow without baking.
A no-bake cake has come to my mind. It can also be called an iced cake. So, I made a no-bake cake from scratch.
My husband went to the kitchen and was asking what noise I was making. I was beating the double cream. I told him that I will make a cake from scratch and he said, " Wow! I can post it tomorrow on Fb with a caption: A cake made from scratch with expired biscuits for an expired husband." Lol! I almost pee from laughing. What a sarcastic husband.
Thanks for reading. I hope you have a good Friday.

I used to do that, too, when my daughters were little. We call it refrigerated cakes. You used peaches there but I did use mangoes and dragon fruits. The grahams are all available in powder now, I think.

@thelme55 Yup. The success is in the stirring and the spreading. Ha ha. I love it.

No bake cakes are fun. I have to laugh because in the grocery store they sell these cake-in-a-cup boxes. I guess you can make them in a microwave. But when you look at the price it's twice what you pay for a cake mix. I'm like: “Why pay double for a cake that serves only me when I can buy a cake mix and serve at least 10 people?” Eh! It's just me. I'm used to feeding a lot of mouths. I just bring myself to but one of those cake-in-a-cup boxes.

Yes, it is fun to make as well as easy @cmoneyspinner. It´s been a long time that I bought a cake mix. I think you can make your own cake in a cup in a microwave. There are plenty of recipes on youtube how to do it. Thanks and have a nice weekend.
