My Banana is already ripe that I harvest from my farm.
Banana, lumpia wrappers, brown sugar, oil and slice Jackfruit.
I put the oil into the pan and let it hot.
Roll a banana of lumpia wrapper with a sliced Jackfruit inside the sliced banana.
And put in the pan with the hot oil, then follow the brown sugar.
Let the sugar melt color reddish and sticky, while the roll banana cooked.
Serve the fried banana while hot.
So yummy.
How about you, what did you do if you have more bananas from your farm?

Oh wow, that sounds yummy. I have a pear and peach tree but they usually get bugs so I don't want to eat them. How do you keep bugs off your fruit trees?

@vilma143 I don't want to spray with chemicals so I have made a natural spray with tea tree oil, peppermint oil and water - I read that bugs do not like tea tree and peppermint oil so I hope it works. Thank you!

@MissNikki, Yes, thank you, Try to consult some farm technicians in your place if there is any. I will spray some of the bugs of my plants attached. More stocks I seen in an agricultural store sometime I refer to ask them too of that kind of problems.

I love bananas, cold or hot. Unfortunately they do not grow here in the UK but they are plentiful in the shops.

Bananas do not grow in England but I have to say they are my favourite fruit. I loved the red ones I tasted in India they are very sweet!

@vilma143 Strangely here you will only see perhaps two types of banana. Cavendish and Plantain. Plantains can be cooked mainly savoury I think whereas Cavendish are sweet!
