Beef jerky and hotdogs

I will make some beef jerky for our lunch today. I will also make hotdog steak. The latter is the recipe I learned from Youtbe.
Usually, we grill, fry and steam hotdog, but this one, we sautee it with onion and garlic, add some oyster sauce and salt and pepper and that's it.
I tried it once and my husband loved it. Now, am gonna make one again.
Any new recipe for hotdogs from your end?

What's funny is I was at the store and there were big bags of beef jerky near check-out. I wanted one so bad! But, my frugal mind said no. Then, this past week, my roommate fired up her fire pit. She made me a hot dog. I really didn't think the hot dog was cooked well enough but ate anyway. That night I was so sick.

No my friend, Hear we don't eat hot dogs that's much so don't know any special dish using this. Hope you enjoying your meal.

Sounds pretty good to me. No receipes here i just like my grilled or in the microwave from time to time. I'm not really a big hot dog eater i prefer burgers and steak.

I don't like hot dogs much, so I have no recipes. I do enjoy a good hamburger, though. Also I like salami and pepperoni... which is kind of like glorified hot dogs.

@Janet357 Yes, because then I know what is in it. Only meat. I don't even put salt. But I do like to mix the ground meat. The cheapest and best ground meat here is pork, but pork mixed with beef tastes good.
