Fitness or Food?

Since a couple of weeks I am about to lose weight. And I have to say, it is not that difficult as I thought. But what do you think? Is it more difficult to make sport daily or to change your routine in food? For me really it was more the sport. Because to do it, even when you are tired.

I think watching the food that we eat daily will be more effective.

Yes absolutely! I hate MCDonalds or KFC or else. It does fill your belly, but not getting your body more fit

@piyushbhatia1 Yes. So this food is okay like all three months. But not every week.

Its the food routine. I have my diet so I can attest to that aside from my usual zumba. But anyhow, we all have different body changes that suits us.

It will be good to combine exercise with healthy food.
Watch what you eat, avoid salty, fatty and sweet food.
Some people when diet is mentioned they dread it because it means to them they have to turn to a full pledged vegetarian, that's wrong.
I have been doing this walk at home exercise, I vary it with the 15 minute workout then the next day would be the 20+ minutes then the next day will be the 30+ workout.
Good Luck :-)
Enjoy losing the extra weight.
P.S. I motivate myself with a picture of a little black dress that I would love to wear soon :-)

It's hard to stay fit especially if you're tired and the food you're seeing is all delicious.

I will still go for food because if I don't eat food I will not be able to do exercise, but yes I can cut down few foods that are required. I am really foodie person.. I can't avoid food

For me the most difficult thing is to change our dietary patterns.

I think I believe that you should change your food habits along with your involvement in sports activities, both should go simultaneously.
