Fitness or Food?

Since a couple of weeks I am about to lose weight. And I have to say, it is not that difficult as I thought. But what do you think? Is it more difficult to make sport daily or to change your routine in food? For me really it was more the sport. Because to do it, even when you are tired.

I think watching the food that we eat daily will be more effective.

Both food and exercise can work together.

The best is to change your daily food intake, avoid garbage food, eat healthy and make this a habit. Exercise helps too, but food is more important, also for your health.

@VanyS97 I agree. Their food has high salt and high fats.

Yes absolutely! I hate MCDonalds or KFC or else. It does fill your belly, but not getting your body more fit

@piyushbhatia1 Yes. So this food is okay like all three months. But not every week.

Its the food routine. I have my diet so I can attest to that aside from my usual zumba. But anyhow, we all have different body changes that suits us.

Yes that is right. Some bodies are more likely to get better through healthy food, others more through sport

It will be good to combine exercise with healthy food. Watch what you eat, avoid salty, fatty and sweet food. Some people when diet is mentioned they dread it because it means to them they have to turn to a full pledged vegetarian, that's wrong. I have been doing this walk at home exercise, I vary it with the 15 minute workout then the next day would be the 20+ minutes then the next day will be the 30+ workout. Good Luck :-) Enjoy losing the extra weight. P.S. I motivate myself with a picture of a little black dress that I would love to wear soon :-)

Thank you so much! That is a great advice. But it is just like you say it. We always imagine us to eat only healthy food then and imagine 6 hours training a day. Yes, I have my jeans to look at, I want to fit in them soon again! Enjoy it also, thanks!

@VanyS97 Just surround yourself with fruits and vegetables, i guess... at least if you eat a lot of those, it's still healthy.

Yes me too, I had these struggles in the past. Most difficult is it when something bad happens to me, I can not control my mind then

@lady1993 Yes right. The most thing what makes you realize you are on a healthy way is when you drink water and then you drink coca cola again. That is pure sugar.

It's hard to stay fit especially if you're tired and the food you're seeing is all delicious.

Yes it is. To bring the mindset to a positive and healthy lifestyle when there is happening so much bad in your life is pretty though.

how about you do both fitness and food? because if you just do fitness but don't look after your food, it won't be effective

I think I believe that you should change your food habits along with your involvement in sports activities, both should go simultaneously.
