These days my body feels uncomfortable. I went to the doctor, and the doctor gave me some vitamins. The doctor suggested that I bask in the morning sun and exercise on foot to move all parts of the body. After doing the activity my body feels refreshed.

In my place when the morning the weather is not so hot. So it's good for sunbathing to get morning sun. The temperature in the morning around 28 degrees Celsius.

I find walks help relieve built up stress and clear the mind. Exercise definitely is a good way to better health and increase energy.

@Syukriyanto I try and meditate. Breath counting and picturing a peaceful place in your mind is a great way to do it. I also take walks listening to music a great way to clear the head and forget your troubles for awhile.

Why we careless with your body, we never care to our body till doctor not suggested. I think we always devote time on others , mobile phone , office works or else

Yes, it is true. Sometimes we forget to pay attention to our own health because of other activities. I am very grateful to the doctor who reminded me of my own health.

Yeah right, not always healthy is expensive. Sufficient exercise, basking in the morning sun, adequate food intake. and calms the mind.

I feel much better after a bit of exercise too. I think staying inside has made many of us realize that we do need to exercise to keep healthy.

Yups. So therefore when it is sunny, I think this is a good opportunity for me to sunbathe to get enough vitamin D intake.
