Overhydration

Anyone would know the benefits of water. Health experts also always recommend consuming enough water, but there are many opinions that say how much water should be consumed. I am among those who consume lots of water, not infrequently making myself afraid of overhydration. are you guys experiencing the same thing?

I drink around two liters of water per day. Drinking glasses come in different sizes. When in a hot climate it is essential to drink lots of water to stay hydrated. In some countries tap water isn't safe to drink.

Unfortunately, I do not consume a lot of water unless I am very thirsty. I can't force water into my body in large amounts. I usually just sip water through the day but it's never a big amount.

consuming lots of water is good for health. one result of the amount of water that enters our bodies is that we urinate more often. do not hold back urination that later even not arise other diseases
