Overhydration

Anyone would know the benefits of water. Health experts also always recommend consuming enough water, but there are many opinions that say how much water should be consumed.
I am among those who consume lots of water, not infrequently making myself afraid of overhydration.
are you guys experiencing the same thing?

Unfortunately, I do not consume a lot of water unless I am very thirsty. I can't force water into my body in large amounts. I usually just sip water through the day but it's never a big amount.

I drink water when I need oy. Don't drink more.

I also drink water due to the heat as well as to avoid dehydration myself.

I have the opposite problem. I forget to drink water and then I feel dizzy.
