I am on keto for the past 2 months but it seems I'm loosing hope because I can't see progress.I even do simple exercise.(I can't do hiit because of my hip replacement) I lost my confidence because of it. I don't even want to take pictures(whole body) anymore because I will just feel disappointed or disgusted to see my figure.

@Cherry15 you are welcome. We are in it together. I need to lose weight. This pandemic hasn’t made me as active as I was.

I understand that you feel disappointed as you aren't seeing the results of your hardwork...but with exercise, the initial progress takes longer to show. As you keep continuing it, you can definitely see that it has been working for you. Don't lose hope dear. Keep up your spirits and continue your hardwork.

@Cherry15 it's my first time hearing/reading of this condition. is it hereditary? what caused it? will your bones become brittle as you age? did it affect your pregnancy? i hope you've availed of a PWD card.

I was diagnosed with post infectious arthritis. The pain started when I was in highschool. It worsen last 2017 that the pain doesnt go away and it affected the way I walk.If you would see me in personal, it seems like i dont have it that's why the doctor before told me that I am still lucky that I can still able to walk despite of my condition. Right now, everything is like normal but I just have to be careful with my movements because my replacement is prone to dislocation

It is always sad when somebody loses their confidence. Perhaps you will feel better in time.

It's only been two months? I think you're stressing yourself a little bit. I don't know much about this keto diet. But have you considered to just eat the usually veggies and stay way from salty foods instead? What are you concious with your figure? whom were you seeking attraction? I think being healthy is much more priority than just looking pretty. Pretty comes in later, health first.

Don't give up early,if Thomas Edison gave up ,there could haven't been light bulbs,if God gave up on urs there could have not be salvation through Christ,so sweet don't give up,the changes doesn't just come up in just in two months keep pushing.
