I was thinking about making a banana bread for some time. In fact, I bought the bananas so that they got ripr enough to make one.
But the time went by and I was more uccupied of my back that thinking about cooking
Today I went to the kichen after I slept half of Tootsie and there was a nice aroma of over ripe bananas. Tomorrow I would have to throw them away while hating myself. And so I started.
The bread (or is it cake?) is still in the oven. I mashed some nuts that were not in the original recipe.
Do you bake or eat banana bread? It is easy, once you start it.

@marguicha I enjoy it every now and then but more than that I get tired of it and then don't want it for a long time.

@kareng I haven´t got tired of it yet. But I make it with about half of the amount of sugar that the recipe says.

@marguicha
That's what makes us all nicely unique ourselves.

You would not have any nightmares if you came to my house for my banana bread. I don´t like clowns or scorpions and I don´t wear make up. And my coffee is delicious. You only have to choose between Brazilian or Colombian coffee.

I like the taste of banana bread even though I have never baked one.

Yum. I don't bake it, but my mother made some about a month ago. It was really good.
