I just wanna know how do you feel as introvert when you should join or come to party? Sometimes I feel so exhausted after this party. Is it normal for me, I am feeling so tired and weak after it too. Is it anyone who feel the same? How do you solve this problem? I just need your advice all. Thanks

@nawala123 I join too, but I just like when we talk about serious discussion. I am not so interested with joking or anything like that. So I just keep silent

@m_audrey6788 how lucky you are, you have friend who understands you. Sometimes, I should explain a bit longer to say that I can't join. How poor I am. Hope I can have good circle who understands me too later.

I do not like parties or things so bow out and stay home. It is hard right now and even before to be around people that do not know me or do not have anything in common with. Do what is best for you. If you do not want to go to the party then do not go.

I am also an introvert. I know how it feels when you go to big places like dinner parties , clubs etc. Just try to find some space for yourself after attending parties or any other event and you will feel better than before.

You are right, usually I just stay at my room and laying on my bed. Enjoy my me time alone. I need 2 days usually when I should recharge my energy again. It's not affective to me, because I should work and it makes me lazy when I wanna enjoy my me time. Do you have any tricks to solve this one?

@edywei I just don't feel like going. I'd rather stay at home and work or watch Netflix all day.

I normally mingle in a flock of people I personally know. But if i was in such situation i do tend to have like a focal point or a target set of people whom i can talk throughout the night... It really depends on the chemistry you have with people though and if you have the same interests. Thanks for posting.

@edywei I don't think it's rejecting when it boils down affecting one's mental health. I have some similar situations where my friends are pushing me to go to this event or a function but I don't want to go because I don't have the financial expense to go, In that case I explained to them very calmly on my situation and whether they take it or leave my reasons that is up to them. Thanks for your response.

I always like to join with my bestfriend who know me well who I am. I can spend my times with them. But sometimes we have some invitation from our others friend right? How do you reject their invitation if you don't wanna join. What is your reason?

You can go and explore but dont overdo things. Just be yourself. When youre home, sit down take a deep breath, if u could still manage to roam around the house then why not but dont forget to go to the kitchen and make a cup of coffee or tea. It would help you to regain your energy. Here is another thing, take nap after the party. Hope it makes sense...
