Internet fraud, hijacking paypal accounts

I got a phishing email yesterday morning that intended to steal my paypal data. I almost got fooled. Fortunately, I realized after seeing the oddity in the email. Because Paypal usually mentions our name in the email, not "dear customer".
Another oddity in a phishing email, in the incoming email, there is no paypal logo in it, but only regular letters. As in the picture in this discussion

This kind of email is sent to steal your ID, not the money on your Paypal account (PP would block an access by a new computer/phone in another country than yours until you confirm the access by responding to an email), and many people do not realize it.

The best thing that you can do is block the email and try to contact the PayPal by email or phone to tell about It.
