I rested some int he afternoon but felt more tired today. We are expecting four days of rain and that usually gets me kind of down, I woke up from a nap and had the oddest feeling. Pulled myself together and did some more work online but now no matter what I must head for my bed with my ginger and lemon tea. I will probably do some reading before I drift off to sleep. You know I am usually quite ambitious and ready to stick around especially here where I enjoy to be but not tonight. I am sure that by morning I will have revived except for the rain that is going to be falling,

@rasmasandra I love the sing-song of rain on my windows and roof and on the street outside. I love to hear it seeping down through the trees in the garden and getting sucked into the dry ground, releasing the smell of the earth ..... sorry, I do go on a bit, and I do get sweetly melancholic in the rain and it carries me back to Paris. My tea this morning is lime infused; mid-morning I’ll be on the strawberry and hibiscus flower brew I’ve just bought.

I don't have any fresh ginger right now but when I do I save and dry up the skin peels and then use that to make tea @RebeccasFarm

Rain always gets me a little down too. Not as bad as snow but still messy to go out in it. Tea has so many benefits health wise. It's a great boost to your immune system. Maybe that's why they suggest it when your feeling sick?
Hope you find your energy level again!
