@rakski I think there are benefits to napping. Apparently the best time is in the afternoon - and for 45 minutes or an hour and a half (something about that is the sleep time that completes the sleep cycle?). I would be lucky to have a 10 minute nap

That reminds me when I was still working. I came to work very early , often the first one to arrive and I am the last man out because I do the general balancing of transactions of all departments in the branch. Many times I would have no dinner and come home at almost midnight.

It was very hectic. I can't sleep during the day, but if I am feeling tired or sleepy I will lay down.

Yes take some naps during the day to rest; here I am always the first to go to bed and the first to get up.

Yes, I take naps. More of them in the hospital, but I usually get one at home.
