Yes, you read it right ! Im cooking now for lunch , mom and sis went out to do some bank errands. It's 11:22 am here almost time for lunch.My menu is called pork adobo with liver. It's a Filipino dish..I have the ingredients in the picture and the cooked dish is so delicious. I will get back because I have to look out for the dish Im cooking ...its boiling already. @sol_cee Oh my I did not notice that hahaa I ran out of vinegar ,when I checked We only have the apple cider vinegar my younger brother and niece doesnt like the smell of apple cider vinegar specially if its added on our dish so I asked him to buy for me but even though the soy sauce and the vinegar are of competing brands the taste is perfect!!

@rakski Wow that's good to hear My niece is done with her online class too. They do it on a half day basis now because their website cant handle alot of students. We eat around that time because its were all are free from morning activities.

@Janet357 Wow that's great !! Mom loves adding liver to some dishes because it makes the dish extra tasty and healthy too. Mom says eating liver is good for our body because it has nutrients.Specially if one is anemic.
