First Big Diamond Painting Project Complete | November 17th

I finished this dolphin diamond painting today after working on it an hour or two at a time for almost a month.
It's a 40x50 cm (well the actual drill area is a little smaller) sized painting. There were something like 40,000 little diamonds I think (maybe it was more around 20,000 something) - it's been a while since I did the math.
This one is a birthday gift for my mom....since she loves dolphins.
Now, I am moving onto a Christmas scene diamond painting. It's much smaller though. Funny thing is it has more colors!
Anyways, thought I'd update on the project for those interested :) I tried to get it to show the sparkles...but my camera doesn't do it justice.

She does like it! And diamond painting...is kind of like paint or color by number but you are placing colorful diamonds (well pieces of plastic) onto a sticky canvas to create a picture.

@Cheyee Yes, that is true. Well they have tools where you can put up to like 10 on at a time.

Thank you....and she does like it; we just need to find a frame that fits it. And I will share the next one...I plan to share them all and I have probably 9 or 10 to do so far

It was a lot of work! Yes...the entire thing! Like I said there were 20 to 40,000 diamonds! Luckily the Christmas scene one is half the size.
