What do you do before sleeping?

Wash my face and brush my teeth.

it is what makes me hate sleep...pray

well, i browse nd fall asleep..

Read the Bible, pamper my skin, review the good things of the day, pray for strength if its been a bad day and then I have an inadvertent loud sigh before I fall asleep. If its cold and raining out, I feel extra good about my blessings, and a warm bed and blanket to cuddle up and I say a prayer for those out in the cold.

listen to music.

watch tv a bit in my bed and when i get slepey i go to sleep

i usually play a game of COunter strike source before sleeping

i dont brush my teeth before sleeping .. dont have it in my habit .. and yea i dont even like z mgm .. so i definitely dont do that .. and ya everyone sleeps at night .. ur not the only one haha

I listen to old songs in low volume

i watch movies.. surf the net .. chat.. read books..

I will spare some time with my mom, dad, and sis.

i work second shift 3pm - 11pm. so when i get home i usually grab a glass of water, feed my infant son, get him settled again and then go to bed.

I switch off all the lights and lock all the doors..and no i don't have OCD..

watch tv,news most of the times

I watch 2 serials starting at 10 a.m. each 30 minutes.

i won't write anything dirty here....now u got me , right ??
