It is hunting season in the U.S.A. I don't like to hunt but a lot of people live for hunting season. I think it is savage but hunters tell me they have to thin down the animal population. What do you think?

wendysue44 I am a hunter, and I enjoy hunting. I do not believe in trophy hunting, ie, hunting to get a "big buck". I hunt for the meat, and I can tell you it does not go to waste. It is true that hunting is also to cut down on the population. In the area I live there...

wendysue44 As I work in the medical field I think they should be required to wear a helmet. If it is not required, why should we be required to wear seatbelts? I think a helmet would be more protection then a seatbelt. I have seen some pretty bad head trauma from riders...
