No traditions/festivities this year

Today is Carnival but it doesn't look like, there are no costumes, parties, parades and noise in the street.
We are under a lockdown and no festivies that promote people getting together are allowed. My children had online classes as in any other day but my daughter wore an Indian costume as I wanted her to have a little of Carnival spirit.
This pandemic is taking so much from us, traditions and festivities are totally different now, it is for a good reason but I hope they will be as they were before this virus.
How was your day? Do you celebrate Carnival?

If your country decides not to do their traditions, it's on them. You're welcome to do as you wish in your own home so your children still understand their caulture.

Same here too and they are already trying to cancel anything like celbrating in Valencia.
No idea what will happen next in that sense.

Nevertheless they are still hoping that they can do their Fiestas well somewhat.

Many festivities have to be postponed this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic
