How many times do you drink coffee in a day?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
Since the weather is really cold. I`m going to have my second mug of hot choco cappuccino. Yes. I really love to drink coffee in the morning because it makes me feel good. I usually drink one mug a day but if winter comes I sometimes drink 2 to 3 mugs a day. It helps me feel warm. 
I drink coffee alone without any cake or something together only in the morning when I`m having my breakfast. 
How about you my dear mylotters? How many times do you drink coffee in a day? Do you drink it with something like cakes or other snacks?

I don't drink coffee. I have high blood pressure, so coffee would cause problems for me.

Oh ok. That`s good. I know that drinking coffee is really not good for everybody. What do you drink in the morning? Do you prepare some juice drink?

@DaddyEvil Oh ok. I think drinking water is good. I also drink a lot of water a day at least 1 liter

I've stopped drinking coffee years ago. I now drink turmeric tea or brown rice coffee. Sometimes it's hot cocoa.

That`s good. Those are healthy drinks. How I wish I can drink those too but my taste is really not going to accept the taste of a turmeric tea or brown rice though I love cocoa

I love tea too but I drink it mostly in the afternoon. Tea is nice especially when you mix it with lemon and honey

@msdivkar I like milk tea too but I drink only when I buy from a shop. I don`t like the taste of my own mix.

@m_audrey6788 I agree with you but I mostly opt for milked tea except when I get cold when I take black tea with lemon grass and ginger.

I don't drink coffee normally (any day) but every now and then, I would have one. A month ago, while working for a certain big company, I decided to have two coffees on that certain day (because I like my lady boss there). Mama mia, I didn't sleep that night until 4-5AM.

Oh no. The effects of the coffee is not good for you. I also have the same problem when drinking too much coffee.

@m_audrey6788 I love the taste of coffee (especially if I add the right amount of milk and sugar). I only drink coffee if I really really have the time to enjoy it (and if the coffee there happens to be good). One of my sisters has always had a few coffees every day. (She is a night owl type.)

I drink it in the morning and afternoon. So far it works for me good. I can still sleep on time. If I can`t sleep I`m online mylotting until I feel to sleep How about you? Does it affect your sleeping?

@m_audrey6788 It doesn't seem to, unless I drink a 3rd mug. but then I only drink instant. Maybe if it's brewed and if I have it late, it will.

I would usually drink coffee in the morning with some sandwich or plain bread. There are times I would want to drink another cup in the afternoon. When I am staying in another place, a friend and an officemate who happens to be my neighbor, would from time to time, drop by in my boarding house and we enjoy coffee together while sharing the day's experiences.

@m_audrey6788 Yes, from time to time. But I seldom visit that place because it is expensive. Besides, we could not longer go out like before because of the current situation.
