I made fried tilapia and spinach for dinner. I wanted to eat a light dinner because I had a heavy lunch and a lot of snacks in the afternoon. We went to the Asian market and got a bunch of snacks - shrimp chips, red bean mochi, wafer cookies and potato chips. In addition, for lunch I had a 10 piece chicken nuggets at Burger King, with ranch dip. Mind you, I mainly sampled those snacks, but the calories add up. And I'm trying to cut down, via the Noom app.
So I mixed in salt, pepper, garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning in flour and dipped the fish in it and fried it up; then I cooked the spinach in the oil that the fish was cooked in, which was avocado oil.
Good stuff!

Sounds good.
Tilapia is a good and affordable source of protein.
