Since my hubby and I both put off things we planned to do Sunday afternoon, we were determined to get them done on Monday. I succeeded. He did not.
Even though I got a late start, I went on to the flea market to tidy up my booth. I didn't have a lot of new things to put out. Everything fit into one medium size box. I did not get there until right at 4 pm. The place closes up 4:30 to 5:00 during the week. I had just enough time to take all the stuff people just junked and laid down in my booth that belongs somewhere else and to put out my new items. I also had to rearrange clothing on different racks. People are bad about putting something back that they found at other booths. So annoying but what can you do?
My hubby was supposed to go mow the grass at our house in Louisiana. He didn't make it and said it was too late to go. I know he is going to want me to go along and help but I have been up all night long and don't feel like doing yardwork there. I know we have a big limb or two that needs cutting up and brought to the road for the monthly pickup but that won't happen until July.
What did you do on Monday? Did you have to work or did you find something fun to do?

@DianneN Well I started unloading mine this morning and realized when I saw detergent that I forgot to turn it on last night. I was waiting until the sun went down and then forgot all about it. That was fun remembering which dishes I had put up! Ack!!

In many ways I am always working. We took a big donation to the rescue mission in another town. I will take it easy today. I know about postponing things. I did not mow yesterday either.

I have to get adjusted to my hubby here since he is now retired. He's being very lazy and it is rubbing off on me.
I think I am about to make lunches "free for all" and it will be you fix it and you eat it and clean up after yourself. He is hungry again an hour after he eats breakfast and I'm feeling like I am spending too much time in the kitchen.

Monday was a typical Monday for me. Honestly just watched some movies with my 11 year old. I am unable to do a lot as I am recovering from an accident that happened a few months back. My husband works and was on call yesterday so I just kinda of texted and talked with him throughout the day and evening to keep him company.

Monday was kind of hot here. I basically stayed inside and did online things, as well as some clearning.

I was throwing up and having an allergic reaction yesterday. It was fun.
I've still got hives but am feeling much better otherwise. (Covered with calamine lotion, but... *shrug*)
I hope you have a restful day today.

You had a very bad reaction! Did you go to urgent care or the ER? I used to hate having allergy reactions. My lip used to swell up bad a lot and we never figured out what caused it. I know some aluminum cans set it off but even drinking the same thing with it not doing it sometimes was odd so it must of been come combination of things. I hope you are better this evening!!

@kareng I can't afford to go to the ER every time I have an allergic reaction. The last time I went, the bill was over $2,000 just for getting a steroid shot... no thanks!
Our city is small and doesn't have anything like Urgent Care. The largest city around here might, but it's 45 miles away. Most of the time, if I have an allergic reaction, my eyes swell shut first thing and Pretty can't drive.

Monday the waterproofers installed a ventilation system in the basement of the other house; and Meals on Wheels came. Nothing else new.
