I want to tell you'll, some disgusting thing that happened in our city. I just don't understand how cheap is the mentality of such people that they stoop down so low in their lives.
The Mumbai Police are investigating nine illegal vaccination drives which took place between May 25 and June 6, over 2,060 people were administered saline water in these camps in place of covid vaccines.
So instead of administering covid vaccines they injected them with saline water to earn thousands of Rupees (approximately to $25 per vaccine =25*2060=$51,500)
Such drives were conducted at atleast 7-8 different places in the city. First Information Report (FIRs) have been registered. Police said one gang in connivance with a private hospital were involved in the racket.
Just to earn some quick bucks, these people didn't even bother to, that they are playing with the lives of the humans.
I really don't know if such idiots exists all over.

That's unfortunate that people involve in such insensitive things during such crisis. It's a shameHope they are caught soon and strictly punished.

@S4mmyboy Whenever there is a crisis, you see two opposite poles of human character. You have so many good Samaritan in this crisis and on other hand we have these monsters.

I'm sorry that happened...
I haven't heard of anything like that happening here, but it's possible it has but hasn't been discovered yet.
It's just another way for people to scam others out of their hard-earned money. I've never understood how people could do that.

@S4mmyboy I'm not sure... Scammers online are called virtual scammers... scammers in real life are just called thieves, aren't they?

@DaddyEvil ..Yes...Thieves would be just too light to be called them as. Since they don't value human lives they should be called monsters.

Oh man, that's a bad one! Those people are the worst kind to prey on innocent people in a time like this. I hope they get harsh sentences for what they did. They will also have to face the ultimate judgement one day. I agree, that is stooping pretty low.

Yes @snowy22315 quite dreadful. Earlier it was chargeable. Now our government has made it free at all government hospitals and covid centres.
We still have an option to pay and get vaccinated at private hospitals, in order to avoid longer queues.
