These days I just browse through photo albums and relive memories At the moment besides what is happening around here there is no hope of creating any travel memories. The photo uploaded here is of the ship Sovereign of the Seas that took us on a cruise of the Bahamas. It was a 4 day cruise and is packed with memories. Any memories to share?

I remember taking a ship along with my relatives from Colon Panama to New Orleans in 1978 via the steamship Cristobal which last four days. The Cristobal is now a distant memory since the ship was sold for scrap a few years later in Texas.

That was many years ago. We docked at Nassau and were then taken by boat to the Coco Cay Island a beach with white sands.

No memories of the traveling. It's been more than a year that we have not gone anywhere. Usually, we used to plan a tour annually on hill stations in India itself.

@sjvg1976 I thought you knew. I met with an accident back home years ago and that has made me lose my confidence to travel. It was a tanker that got into the auto we were travelling Years ago no doubt but no more travel.

I have never fancied doing on a cruise. I like to keep my feet on the ground and also to be able to able to be away from too many people and lots of activity. There's not much to look at except sea when on a cruise. Unless of course if there were dolphins jumping around the ship.
