New cheese

I like cheese and I am always curious to try new ones.
I found this one in Lidl this week, it has a strong flavor and it is made with goat milk. Well I am used to cheddar cheese but this one isn't the way I thought. Probably I won't buy it again
My husband prefers cheese with a light flavor and I know he won't eat this one.
Today it isn't cold but the weather is a little foggy and weird. Another day that I will have problems to choose what to wear
Do you like cheese?
How is the weather at your place?

It's 3C this morning (6 am) here. The weather app on my phone says it will be a sunny day once the sun actually gets out of bed and goes to work.
Yes, we like trying new cheeses, too. My favorite is Colby but Pretty prefers a sharper cheese flavor.

@nela13 Oh! That's called a "cheese spread" here. Colby is a solid cheese that is sliced and eaten that way or can be melted and added to other hot foods. Let me see if I can find a picture of Colby cheese...

@DaddyEvil is a type of buttery cheese that does not normally slice but spreads on the plate.

I LOVE cheese. Never heard of this one, and I am not sure I have ever eaten goat cheese although it is quite popular and readily available. We used to go to the West Allis Cheese and Sausage Shop when we lived in West Allis, Wisconsin often, which was right down the street from our house, and we'd enjoy sampling different varieties.

I like cheese, but I don't like strong flavored ones either. Usually goat cheese has a mild flavor though..kind of surprised that is strong.

We like cheese, but we do mostly vegan cheeses here these days. That cheese sounds interesting, though; I like goat milk cheeses. The husband, however, cannot stand goat's milk or cheese made from it.

@nela13 Not all vegan cheeses are great, but there are several that deliver the right flavor and melting properties.

@wilsongoddard I guess the one I tried wasn't a great one.

I love Cheese, and that's an interesting one - I'm happy you tried it at least.
I like my sharp cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, marble jack - most usually
The weather is cool and rainy here
