November 27 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today got off to a great start.
I'm thankful for getting up early and getting things started. I wanted to be out the door to do laundry early so I could get back here. I was out the door by seven and had my clothes in the washer at my son's by 7:30. I left there at 9:30.
I'm thankful for the little bit of shopping I did this morning. I needed some basics I was out of, especially a dish sponge. I didn't realize I used the last one in the pack. I also stopped to get bananas on the way home and stopped at Walgreen's to find more compression socks. I don't know why the smaller sizes are OTC but the size I need isn't. Oh well. I'll get more when I can afford more or I can find them OTC. I also got another pair of readers. I've now determined the readers aren't good for the computer since they just aren't right. I looked at them with a book while in the store and saw that I could see well while reading. I guess that's why they're called READERS. Hmm, what a concept. 
I'm thankful for the little bit I was here today. I'll get caught up again before the end of the month.
Okay, that's my day. Time to put my feet up and do another round of exercises for my lymphedema.

I'm thankful that I get to eat three meals a day. Not to mention dogs, and fish. But most importantly my family is complete.Still getting used to the noise though.

I teased my mom about that once when she said it was snowing outside but it wasn't when I ran over an looked out... For some reason she was upset with me.

@DaddyEvil It didn't last long here either. I'm sure if you were here, you would have had the same experience. Though, I guarantee it was snowing. I have proof.

I am thankful for a nice day being able to get close to meeting my goals of getting paid at least for $30 dollars on Pay Pal when I turn in my request to Branded Surveys on Sunday evening.

We got about one inch of snow Sunday night. Tuesday morning(today), there was only a skim ice on the car windows. Jay went hunting again today, I'm thankful this keeps him happy! My new book is really getting good, a welcomed twist from the other author's style. Some writers follow the same plot, over and over again.

@just4him With some authors, they use the same plot and patterns for a story. It's better if they make readers wonder, 'what's going to happen next?'
