Greek Salad Dinner

Have not had a Greek salad lately. I had most of what I needed in the frig.
I added cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives and sea salt. Then poured olive oil on top for the dressing.
Easy to make and add whatever ingredients you like. Have been eating light as usual.
Chopped pecans or walnuts are also good for the topping. And had a few Ritz crackers with the salad.

I love to add olive oil over my salads. And whatever we have in the vegetable bin, I add it too.

@CarolDM My salads are never twice the same:) I love to add sunflower nuts, over the top!

I can't remember the last time I had a Greek salad. But I do enjoy them.

my wife would have that every night!!!
Although, in hers it is huge chunks of Feta, and not much else!

I don't care for the Feta cheese; but the rest sounds good. I'd add some mozzarella instead.
