Have you ever tried Biriyani any day? I can't tell you the recipe but I know it is Biriyani from its perfume. More than one biriyani shops have popped up in our town. That proves it's getting more and more popular. However, the strong perfume repels me. I don't buy from those biriyani shops. But today it was cooked at home and I had a plateful. My niece whose husband was a cook in a Sheikh's palace in UAE, knows how to cook it. Today she showed her skill and served biriyani in the family lunch where I was an honoured guest. Do try this royal dish some time.

My husband became fond of biriyani when he was in Nepal. I'm glad you enjoyed the dish you were served and how nice to be a honoured guest.
