Same here, people can go everywhere even if not vaccinated providing a negative test.

People who don't want to get sick/don't want Covid spreading more than it already is are the main driving force behind that in the US. *shrug* I've been vaccinated so don't see a problem with it.

@Janet357 free is kind of word you got to be careful with. Yes and no not all vaccinated here are required Covid is one that isn’t required currently but some are like. A lot of people do have a Covid card need for Ike work documents or certainly places it just allow you not to wear your mask for that sport or to be able to work. My husband is a nurse so they always have to wear mask doctors offices it’s required regardless if you have or haven not been Covid vaccinated. Some people would say that if they have to have the Covid vaccinated it’s against one of there civil rights but that’s a whole different area

culture there is still different. I like to be there. virus does not seem to disappear anytime soon. worse, we might live with it.

but being vaccinated does not make one safe to mingle with anyone. they may also infect their fellows.

@Janet357 But they have some kind of protection already than the unvaccinated which can be a feast for virus to freely propagate since unvaccinated people doesn’t know how to defend themselves from it. I think the virus would want a host that is not yet aware of their presence because they can freely use your body to propagate and create havoc.

@Janet357 nothing is more stupid than that barrier shield the motorcycle passenger had to hold even if they are husband and wife and share the same house. In my opinion this happens when you put too much military, police and generals to handle a medical problem, so its all checkpoints and curfews. I'm not insulting or underestimating the capacity of our gallant men in uniform but they should be more for enforcement and allow more medical people to make major decisions. Again in my opinion it's a reflection of poor leadership.

true. useless idea. hahaah. I have clients who are fully vaccinated and yet they still got covid.

They are allowed to buy the essentials but all the same such protocol is confusing.

@Janet357 me too. Remember when you could be spontaneous and didn't have to think about anything and could come and go at your whim. No mandates, no social distancing, no masks, no family gatherings, etc. Life was just easier
