How much calories burn while you do jumprope? I'm now in a bodybuilding program, maybe I can imitate that too.

I wish I could still do this. It is not a good thing for a hypertensive person.

100 for a beginner is awesome! Just don't strain yourself so much at once! To lose weight, number doesn't matter if it's just for a few days, consistency does. Do as much as you think you can be regular at.

I'm planning to do it 300 times per day. I know it's hard but it is doable. All I need to do is implement many rest intervals in between. 15 seconds rest for rest intervals is good enough I guess.

Ok dear. You should start slow I guess. I mean with less counts and then increase it. I generally start new exercise with less counts then increase gradually. I do little jogging standing at a place.

We used to do that in the hood in Lawrence Kansas, well not me I was white but sure was fun when they made me try. We all agreed to let the pros do it. Pretty cool stuff.

When I used to do this exercise, I used to skip at least 100 numbers. It's a good one as it helps shed the extra fats from the body.
