From the last few years, I feel there is a decline in my energy, I easily get tired when I do some physical activities unlike in the past.
I feel too much cold even when the temperature is not much low. It wasn't the case a few years back when I used to wear lesser woolen clothes.
Probably I should take some multivitamins or some pills to gain energy I guess or consult a doctor.
What do you do when you feel so?

I talk with my doctor and see what she tells me.
Make sure you tell your doctor about feeling tired all the time and that you feel cold. I hope your doctor can help you.

@sjvg1976 It might be natural or it might mean you have a problem that needs medication. *shrug* I'm not a doctor.

Stress, worry, unhappiness and feeling there is no way out, are the only factors that make me feel old, and lethargic. I do have gray hair, and wrinkles. But those are not my concerns. I have solid will power to stretch my energies. So you really need to start taking some proteins like ensure. 3 spoons every day.. for a couple of months at least to regain yourself. And stop those stressful moments.

@sjvg1976 YES! For instance, excess intakes of vitamin A may cause headaches, liver damage, weaker bones. Other side effects of multivitamins, constipation or diarrhea, upset stomach, nausea. People often abuse of those over the counter vitamins they should ask to their doctors always.

@sjvg1976 Thanks for the info. You should include it in your post.
It's natural that your energy level is not the same as it was at the age of 18 and it will never be the same again. I don't think that you have to be too worried about this. It's the natural way of life.

It's a sign of growing old so we need to eat well and take supplements, we should also do some exercise.

Maybe do a comprehensive blood test first. Not sure if you can go straight to the lab or need to go through a doctor to get it done. It is the fastest way to check what you are lacking.

If I can I just have to lay down and rest. But that is not always possible.
So then I take some tea or some liquid vitamin C.
