Hi my friends all at MyLot. How is everyone? hope it's still fine.
I've been very busy these two days, I don't have time to go online on MyLot and discuss with friends.
Today I have time to say hello to all of my friends. Have you guys eaten? Today I'm on a diet, so I don't eat rice at all. I only eat bread and corn salad and vegetables. To reduce weight.
I'm sure friends also often eat salads or vegetables like I eat this.

I lost weight when I went on the macrobiotic diet. I didn't go on the macrobiotic diet to lose weight, but it did help me lose weight. I lost weight by giving up meat and dairy, sweets and chocolate, and sugar, not rice. In fact I was eating more rice.

I have been on a no rice diet also for over a month because that was what my nutritionist gave me. At first, I cannot eat it because it tasted so bland, mostly salad with olive oil dressing. Carrots and broccoli are always present in my every meal, but later I got used to them. It was to control my cancer growth. Now, I am happy because I lost 4 kilograms in one month and I felt good.

Yes, if you work hard, your body will move and expend energy, so you will be slim and not fat. Because the fat in your body will burn out.
And I agree with you, if our mind is stressed or difficult, then it will also make our body thin. But not healthy.
